Appointment Confirmation
After booking your appointment using our online system, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with your appointment details.
Requiring a payment when booking helps us reduce no-shows, ensuring availability for all patients
It allows us to dedicate our resources to providing you with the highest quality care
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a FULL REFUND
Upfront Payment
To confirm your appointment, payment is due at the time of booking.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancelling or late rescheduling (done less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
- No-shows forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

- Customized PTPs & TRT:
Receive a Personalised Therapeutic Plan (PTP) based on your needs & goals - start TRT if required.

Follow-up Consultation

- Treatment review with Dr Rui Graça.
- Discuss and Adjust your PTP as necessary (based on the latest results and feedback).
- Assess the ongoing administration of treatments (e.g. TRT).
- Blood Tests are done before Follow-ups: Requested beforehand, analysed and discussed during the Follow-up.
- Plan Ongoing Treatments: Schedule further treatments, tests and any future consultations.
- Only book a Follow-Up Consultation if you have had Your Vital Blueprint with Dr Rui Graça before.
