What the Vital Blueprint Process is
This initial assessment, which includes the first consultation, is designed to clarify what is most likely driving your symptoms, what needs further testing, what may be treated, and what may need monitoring or onward referral.

Fees
Initial Vital Blueprint Process: €240
Follow-up Consultations: €120 (usually after 6 weeks and then twice a year)

Laboratory test charges and medication costs are separate from MHI consultation fees. You pay your chosen local laboratory directly for any tests required.

THE VITAL BLUEPRINT (VB) PROCESS (Starting Point for ALL MHI Programs and Services)
Every MHI patient starts with the Vital Blueprint Process (VB) - a full 60-minute medical assessment combining your lab results, symptom audit, and health goals into one personalised treatment plan (PTP).
Whether you need testosterone therapy, a metabolic reset, or support for sexual health, this is where your personalised care journey begins.
What’s included:
Your €240 Vital Blueprint includes advance review of your completed intake questionnaire and available laboratory results or reports, a full one-hour online consultation with Dr Rui, and a personalised treatment plan prepared afterwards. Preparing that plan typically takes a further 20–30 minutes. Prescriptions and guides are provided where clinically appropriate. Follow-up consultations cost €120.
Book your Vital Blueprint appointment first. You will then receive guidance on what tests, if any, are needed before your consultation. MHI provides a laboratory request form when needed. You arrange any new tests at your local laboratory and pay the laboratory separately; laboratory charges are not included in the €240 fee.
