Governance

MHI is a Portugal-based, EU-wide, doctor-led online clinic for adult men with hormone, sexual, and metabolic concerns. All consultations are online.

Care is guided by diagnosis before treatment, clinically appropriate prescribing, follow-up, and onward referral where needed.

MHI is designed to offer structured specialist review, not broad general medical care or emergency treatment.

Scope

MHI provides doctor-led online care for adult men with suspected testosterone deficiency, erectile dysfunction, low libido, and weight-related metabolic dysfunction.

Care is provided from Portugal to men in the EU, and is structured around specialist assessment, diagnostic clarification, treatment where appropriate, follow-up, and onward referral when needed

What MHI Does

MHI assesses and manages hormone, sexual, and metabolic concerns in adult men, including suspected testosterone deficiency, erectile dysfunction, low libido, and overlapping weight- or sleep-related dysfunction. Care may include further testing, treatment, monitoring, or onward referral depending on the clinical picture.

What Online Care Can Do

Our Online consultations include a structured review of symptoms, medical history, available blood results, current medications, and treatment suitability.

They are oriented to support diagnostic clarification, follow-up, monitoring, and medically appropriate prescribing.

First Aid Supplies

What MHI Does Not Do

MHI is not an emergency service and is not suitable for urgent or hospital-level problems. Men with acute chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke-like symptoms, severe infection, acute scrotal pain, major psychiatric crisis, or suspected complex pituitary/oncology problems should seek urgent in-person or hospital-led care.

Cross-Border Care

MHI provides care from Portugal to men throughout the EU. Where treatment is prescribed, fulfilment and dispensing remain subject to clinical suitability and applicable prescribing, pharmacy, and logistical rules in the patient’s location.
