No. MHI’s Health Care for Men and Women is strictly for adults 18+.
This is a private service. We provide a receipt, and some insurers do reimburse.
Yes. We work with trusted local labs and specialists and can issue referrals if needed.
No. All appointments are booked and prepaid online, this prevents no-shows and keeps waiting times short.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancelling or late rescheduling (done less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
No-shows forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

Consultations NOT appropriate for Virtual include:
Ear problems or chest infections needing auscultation
Wounds needing a close-up exam
Urine infections (unless you already have a test result)
Procedures like ear syringing, dressings, injections
Illnesses with fever, chest pain, or shortness of breath
Any emergency or urgent condition
