Refund Policy

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund.

Late cancelling or late rescheduling (done less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

No-shows forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

Consultations NOT appropriate for Virtual include:

Ear problems or chest infections needing auscultation

Wounds needing a close-up exam

Urine infections (unless you already have a test result)

Procedures like ear syringing, dressings, injections

Illnesses with fever, chest pain, or shortness of breath

Any emergency or urgent condition
