The Initial Assessment at MHI is called the Vital Blueprint Process

What the Vital Blueprint Process is

This initial assessment, which includes the first consultation, is designed to clarify what is most likely driving your symptoms, what needs further testing, what may be treated, and what may need monitoring or onward referral.

Who it is for

  • suspected low testosterone

  • erectile dysfunction

  • low libido

  • fatigue with possible hormonal/metabolic overlap

  • weight-related metabolic dysfunction

  • also, men already on TRT needing structured review

What is reviewed

  • symptoms and timeline

  • prior bloods

  • medication and supplement history

  • weight/sleep/stress overlap

  • sexual symptoms

  • fertility plans where relevant

What to expect

  • further testing if needed

  • full lifestyle/metabolic plan

  • sleep assessment / follow-up when required

  • treatment and medication options

  • start TRT where appropriate

  • referral onward if needed

Fees

Initial Vital Blueprint Process: €240
Follow-up Consultations: €120 (usually after 6 weeks and then twice a year)​

  • online consultations only

  • labs and medication are separate and never with MHI

  • not every assessment leads to a TRT prescription

Not every man with fatigue, weight gain, or low libido needs testosterone therapy.
TRT may be started at the initial assessment if clinically correct.

THE VITAL BLUEPRINT (VB) PROCESS  (Starting Point for ALL MHI Programs and Services)

Every MHI patient starts with the Vital Blueprint Process (VB) - a full 60-minute medical assessment combining your lab results, symptom audit, and health goals into one personalised treatment plan (PTP).
 
Whether you need testosterone therapy, a metabolic reset, or support for sexual health, this is where your personalised care journey begins.

What’s included:

 

  • Pre-VB consult essential blood tests (upload your latest OR you’ll receive a lab form after booking)

  • Online symptom and lifestyle questionnaire

  • 60-minute consult (virtual)

  • Personalised Treatment Plan (PTP) with next steps

  • Prescription issued (when clinically appropriate)
